To receive ski or snowboard rental services, the client must present an identity document (ID card, passport, international passport, driver’s license). The cost is according to the internal rental price list. Only original Ukrainian documents are accepted: citizen ID card, Ukrainian passport, or Ukrainian driver’s license including the vehicle registration certificate.
Foreign citizens may receive equipment only upon payment of a cash deposit. The amount of the deposit is determined by the rental administration.
No more than two sets of ski or snowboard equipment can be issued per document or deposit.
When renting equipment for children: one child can be registered under a parent’s or responsible adult’s document; two children may be registered under one document upon agreement with the rental administration; the person providing the document or deposit bears full financial responsibility for all equipment issued under it.
The client is obliged to use the equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose.
After finishing skiing or snowboarding, the deposit or document is returned to the client.
The client must pay 100% of the ski equipment rental service for the entire rental period according to current rates.
In case of mechanical damage to the equipment, the client compensates the cost of repair or replacement of damaged parts. The amount of damages is determined individually by the responsible rental staff.
In case of loss or total destruction of the equipment, the client compensates its full value.
Ski equipment must be returned to the same rental location where it was received.
In case of early return of ski equipment, payment for unused days is refunded.
A rental day is counted from the moment the equipment is received at 08:00 and provided it is returned by 20:00 on the same day. If return by 20:00 is not possible, the client may return the equipment by 09:00 the next day without charging an extra day, provided the equipment is returned clean, dry, and prepared. Otherwise, an additional rental day may be charged.
The client may pick up equipment after 18:00 with the right to use it from the next calendar day. Payment is made on the day of pickup and is considered payment for the following day of use.
Equipment is considered returned only after actual inspection and acceptance by the responsible staff member.
In case of late return of equipment, the client is obliged to pay additional charges according to current rental rates.
The client confirms that before using the equipment, they inspected it and ensured it was in proper technical condition. No claims are accepted after the start of use.
The client acknowledges all risks associated with using the equipment and uses it at their own responsibility. The rental service is not liable for possible injuries or damage.
The transfer service is provided to the client free of charge from the place of residence to the rental location and back or to the nearest lift, subject to prior arrangement and availability. The service is one-time only.
After finishing skiing or snowboarding, the client may order a paid transfer to their place of residence or another agreed location according to current rates.
